As a way to honor the selfless healthcare heroes in the Knoxville community, Hillcrest Healthcare lit up social media April 28-May 6, 2020. Participants changed their social media profile picture or cover photo to show healthcare heroes that we see them and that #everylightmatters. Participants also created artwork to pay tribute to their own healthcare hero in an art contest that has been concluded with winners recognized. Thank you to all who participated in #everylightmatters and joined us in celebrating local healthcare workers on the front lines of COVID-19.
Art Contest Rules

Art Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Eligibility: This Contest is open to residents of the United States of America, residing at addresses within the following Knoxville, TN area postal zip codes: 37849, 37871, 37909, 37902, 37914, 37912, 37916, 37915, 37918, 37917, 37920, 37919, 37922, 37921, 37924, 37923, 37928, 37932, 37931, 37934, 37933, 37721, 37939, 37938, 37940, 37996, 37998, 37754, 37764 and 37806.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Hillcrest Healthcare as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
- Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 04/28/2020 and ending 5/6/2020. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on 5/6/2020.
- How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by posting a tribute to healthcare workers on Instagram. Post caption must include the hashtag #everylightmatters. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hillcrest Healthcare. No purchase is required to enter.
- Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winners”) will receive a prize package of gift certificates and goods estimated at $150 in value. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Hillcrest Healthcare. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Hillcrest Healthcare’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Hillcrest Healthcare to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected based on the number of "likes" collected on the post. Winners will be identified under the supervision of Hillcrest Healthcare. Winner will be notified by direct message within 48 hours following selection of Winner. Hillcrest Healthcare shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Hillcrest Healthcare’s sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- Rights Granted by You: By entering the Contest, You understand and agree that Hillcrest Healthcare, anyone acting on behalf of Hillcrest Healthcare, and Hillcrest Healthcare licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
- Terms & Conditions: Hillcrest Healthcare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Hillcrest Healthcare control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Hillcrest Healthcare may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Hillcrest Healthcare.
